The customer service was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable. The bar area was amazing. This hotel was awesome. We did not want to leave!

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very large and the bed was huge so it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities met many of our needs. And the staff was exceptionally friendly, they did their best to address each and every one of our requests and did so very quickly, which was a great relief.
Disliked: The only downside should be that the floor drain in the toilet tends to get clogged up, and if someone washes their hair, the hair can easily clog up the floor drain. Also, the door to the shower stall is not a full door, but half a piece of glass that can be rotated, which sometimes leads to water all over the floor after showering. And the toilets don't have a ventilation system, which can sometimes make it hard for the smell to dissipate, but it's not a huge problem.

Disliked: High extra cost for parking, we decided to park on the street for free which was not a problem at all

Liked: Great heated pool with jacuzzi, ping pong, tennis courts and fire pits.
Disliked: Needed to take 2 elevators from parking garage to room. Location was close to highway but not much else in walking distance

Liked: Unexplained charges, when confronted about the charges no one had any idea what I was talking about. When I presented proof staff made it seem like it was okay.
