Good

Liked: Price and quietness. Ease of access
Disliked: Restaurant staff were downright rude.

Liked: Inviting lobby, easy access.
Disliked: Thermostat did not work and windows would not open. Room become stiflingly warm and the only workaround was a box fan. They offered to come the next day to fix the situation but that meant an expensive and uncomfortable 1 night was already gone.

Liked: Rooms were great size, beds were very comfortable, hotel amenities were good.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't clean

Had a great week overall...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food options were nice, exceptional service at the restaurant. The room was comfy - I ended up getting a virus during my stay (which was horrible!) but the bed was comfy and I was able to get food delivered to me while I was recovering. Bathroom was clean and modern. Check in and out was smooth and easy.
Disliked: The shuttle service was only for certain times - I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service but ended up having to uber everywhere because it wasn't available when I needed it unfortunately. Also the TV guide/menu didn't work so I had to scroll through each channel to find something to watch. There isn't a big light, so in the evenings it was quite dark (which is great for getting good sleep but not great when you're trying to find a specific item in your dark suitcase).

Liked: Location. Room was spacious, up to date and very clean.
Disliked: 1 elevator sounded a little shaky. I told front desk and they took it out of service until the repair team could assess it. Still had 2 other elevators to use.

Liked: Hospitality and cleanliness
Disliked: No

Liked: Decent for the price but very low class staff
