Perfect location for the Boston Opera House.

Liked: Good service; nice beds; good A/C; good bath products; excellent valet service; sharp lobby area.
Disliked: Noisy halls; I could hear people above me.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt and found it to be an exceptional value. The price was great and we walked one block to a fabulous restaurant and then another block to the Wilbur for a show. Room was clean and bed comfortable!!!

Convenient and friendly

Liked: Perfect location and very friendly staff
Disliked: Lack of space for clothes considering it was a suite. The sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable but generally ok. No where to get a coffee in the lobby outside of csfe hours.
