Very poor

Liked: Nothing really it did not feel like a Hyatt and I have been to others Hyatt hotels
Disliked: the strong smell of marijuana coming off the elevator and on the floor levels I was in. not to mention how crowed the lobby was and not able to check-in even if your are a member of their World of Hyatt
