We loved staying here! It was very close to the Palmer Event Center. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were luxurious. It is within walking distance to many of the best restaurants in downtown Austin. We will stay here again!

Liked: The river view of the Austin city skyline was outstanding. It was so beautiful in the evening sitting on the back outdoor venue looking over the river watching the boats and kayaks.
Disliked: The font entrance was underwhelming, but once you walk through to the riverside all is redeemed.

Liked: We enjoyed the location near the river and the Congress Avenue bat bridge. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and elevators were clean. Walkable to South Congress.
Disliked: The vents in the ceiling at the top of the atrium are very dirty. They appear very hard to reach, but when a guest sees that, they wonder what else might not be getting cleaned.The price was a little high, nearly $500/night for standard sized room with two beds.
