Liked: Clean, quiet & friendly staff

Clyde Hotel

Liked: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful. It was walking distance to the Convention Center, which we were there for a regional dance competition.
Disliked: The floor we were on had a horrible smell, and the smell was stronger in the evening. Our room was okay and clean. We stayed only for a day but hoping next time we can get a better room if we stay longer.

Liked: Facilities and Staff were wonderful! We arrived late and left very early. The location of the hotel is perfection for visiting downtown!

Liked: The girls that checked us in were really friendly and helpful and we ordered room service and the staff that took and delivered our order were very kind.
Disliked: No info about a pet fee and no one told us at any time- just charged $75. Double charged for full room fee. Said they didnt have a card on file and charged us both for deposit, pet fee, and food. Refunded and re-charged card- we had ~$400 hold for days.
