Superb

Liked: The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The property, lobby, and room were clean and very nice. We only needed a room to catch a very early flight the next morning, and not only was everything clean and comfortable, but the hotel even provided a free early morning shuttle ride to the airport and picked us up when we returned. We got a great deal and look forward to staying with them again the next time we fly out of Tucson.
Disliked: Be careful for the rather large pot holes in the street to get into the hotel, but I know that is a city issue rather than a hotel responsibility.

Excellent hotel by the airport....

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Hotel is falling apart. The pool was closed, laundry access not working, ice machines not working. Our key fob never worked. They tried re programming our door more than 5 times. They had to let me in our room everything I left. Hotel needs help!

Liked: Sheets were clean, breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Room was not ready when we arrived at check-in time. Elevators were missing buttons, room door and bathroom door paint was peeling, wall paper was peeling in bathroom. The toilet in the bathroom was running all night. Pool was not functional.

Liked: The coffee was decent
Disliked: At check in I waited several minutes to be helped- no one was around. When someone finally came she seemed irritated and was rushing and not very friendly. We were beyond exhausted when we got to our room and basically washed up and got into bed- it was then I realized the toilet tank, like clockwork, would start running every 3 to 4 minutes- it was very loud and disrupted our sleep. When I let the front desk know in the morning she just said ok. The beds were hard and the carpet stained. Would not stay here again.

Liked: The hotel was very nice, but the swimming pool was closed and there was no Jacuzzi. I really liked the breakfast.
