Convenient location.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our weekend activities. Glad they offered a small bar with beer, wine and alcohol and snack foods.
Disliked: We booked the rooms through Booking.com. The clerk had difficulty with our check in for one of the rooms and it took two staff members to figure out the check in process. It took more than 10 minutes for check in. The room was average. Found a bottle cap on the floor upon our arrival. I know it is season in Sarasota, but at over $300 per room/night it seemed on the expensive side for the quality of the property.

Great stay as always for...

Liked: We love a Hyatt network. Everything was nice as always. Good facilities. Laundry, fitness room, pool and hot tube. Breakfast was good and everyday with small differences in menu. Nice staying. Friendly staff. Just one moment - we had a tiny ants in our room, showed it to personnel and they changed the room for us very quickly. But unfortunately they were everywhere in hotel, where are you placing the sweet food.
Disliked: Comfortable staying with kids in big rooms with sofa

Disliked: The room was clean and plenty of room for all of us. I’m not sure if they ran out of rooms but we got a room for handicap accessible and it was very difficult for my tall husband and sons to shower. The later check out time was convenient for us since we didn’t get there until midnight.

Disliked: Would like to have seen more offerings in the bar food menu. Overall, the hotel was great.
