The room was comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was hit or miss … was great on Tuesday , mid on Wednesday The location was surrounded by venues being rebuilt. The closest beach was a 20 minute cab ride away.
Disliked: The booking stated walking distance to everything!! The mall Plaza del Sol was at least. 20 minutes of brisk walking in the hot sun!!

Overall good. But better supervision...

Liked: Amazingly beautiful, clean, rooms are huge and about the best furnishings I have seen in a hotel ever.
Disliked: Some employees just didn’t seem to want to work. Requested a latte at the front desk restaurant and it seemed we were asking for a death warrant. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to work in the service industry.
