Disliked: I believe I paid to much to be at the end of the hallway near the stairs and the housekeeping closet

We enjoyed our stay, but...

Liked: Very clean. Quiet. Good location.
Disliked: Cracked tile in shower. Low water pressure.

Disliked: You can not sit on the lobby after 9:00 P.M. Had I known, I would not have stayed here. This information was not provided to me before hand.

Disliked: Staff on duty that night was so rude. I asked for 2 towels and she rudely said, " are you going to put it on the floor?!" I was like no, theres 4 of us and we only have 3 in room. She did give it to me but not without being so rude and she argued with my husband about it as well, and said " what's your room #? And my husband said whats ur name and she said " no ! I wont give you my name since you dont want to give me your room number! " so rude and mean and hateful. Never had an experience like that with a customer service personnel .
