Perfect for what we needed

No complaints.....great nights rest.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness the fridge took a minute to operate but it was nice to have. we got good privacy, and the construction workers stopped by night time so we could sleep good.
Disliked: I didn’t like the food for breakfast, sausage was very overdone and the eggs had the texture of plastic. The salt and pepper also kept adding way too much of its content. I didn’t like how the elevator was down. It also kept weirdly sounding like someone was opening our door but no one was…maybe just the thin walls.

Disliked: Dirty. When paying 140 a night. I expect a clean room and Hotel.Upon entering the room there was dust everywhere. I wiped down counters doors And had to ask for someone to sweep/mop wood floors. Someone came right away and mentioned it was dust from construction. That is unacceptable. Elevators where covered up in brown papers dirty handprints all over. Cleaning crew goes up an down those Elevators all day. A quick wipe down can be done.Day 1 a lady getting off Elevator at same time spilled her breakfast coffee. Didn't clean it up, but neither did staff.Saw same spill all 3 days I was in the hotel. Staff would just walk over it.Very disappointed with this hotel.

Liked: We have regularly stayed at this Hyatt Place for many years when visiting family in the area. It is reliable, although years ago when it was new it was a bit nicer. The rooms are seeing a bit of wear. The breakfast is good, and the staff are professional and courteous.
Disliked: We did not like that we were asked to pay $14.00 on a phone app for parking. In fact, when you do this, the parking actually costs $15.50 because of a service fee. For a suburban location next to a major freeway, it’s a safe bet that all guests will arrive by car, so separating out that cost and asking us to pay a different vendor felt chintzy. It’s enough to make us look around for other possibilities. Also, the breakfast is served only until 9:00 a.m. on weekdays. We would appreciate having breakfast served until 10:00, since we are traveling for vacation, not work.
