Disliked: The staff handed me a key card and said if the room hasn't been cleaned come back and see her. The carpet was disgusting, the bed was broken, there were people fighting in hallway at 2:30am & 5:30am, the TV didnt work, we were told the stove was broken, we were told a 25% discount would be given but that never happend.

Disliked: The room had stains all over the floor. The carpet looked like it was pulled up and then played back down. It was dingy, clean but dated and worn.

Liked: location of property and proxity to downtown
Disliked: I made reservations four weeks ahead my arrival for an ADA WHEEL Accessible shower and didnt get a room with such amenities when i arrived. It was very dissapointing to say the least and very uncomfotable.

Liked: Staff were friendly and easy to find. Big car park as well.
Disliked: Sofa bed was wafer thin! Carpet was dirty and lots of stains. Bathroom wasn’t great as well. Bath/shower felt like you were going to go through it.
