The staff were so so friendly going above and beyond to assist you. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food both hot and cold and fresh! The location was great if you don't mind walking. We walked to Universal Studios and back. TGIF and other restaurants are also within walking distance and parking is free. The rooms were so modern, spacious, and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. It felt like a condo rather than a hotel. Oh and check out was at noon!!
