We stayed for a concert. From the time we entered the lobby to check out there were issues. The room key system was having issues and one of the girls at the front desk got rude with several guests when their keys didn't work. I was provided 3 different sets of keys, none of which worked. The shuttle did not run often enough so we were unable to get the shuttle post concert and we're left scrambling trying to find transportation. Additionally we were starving when we got back to the hotel and were going to order from the advertised 24/7 galley only to be told they didn't have any food. Overall it really was a poor experience, my second bad experience at a Hyatt Place in less than two months. I will be thinking twice the next time about booking with Hyatt.

Disliked: The service was below par; there were severe issues with the key system; the shuttle did not run often enough and there was virtually no food available from their advertised 24/7 galley kitchen.

We were in town for an event at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Hyatt Place offered shuttle service which is a major plus in an unfamiliar area! The staff was professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. The king bed room was clean and comfortable. A nice set up offering many amenities. There was a very nice breakfast available, that we did take advantage of, the next morning. Should we attend an event here again we WILL look for accommodation at your establishment first! We thank you!

Disappointing Stay with a Few...

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent as is close to the high way and there are big stores around and easy to get to downtown Alpharetta.
Disliked: Despite the friendly staff at Hyatt Place in Alpharetta North Point Mall, our recent stay was marred by several significant issues. With only one elevator operational, long waits were inevitable, exacerbated by a malfunctioning call button on our floor. Adding to the discomfort, both the elevator and our floor reeked of marijuana, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a pervasive odor and discovered broken pieces in the bathtub. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, these issues significantly detracted from our experience, leaving us disappointed with our stay.
