The hotel overall is great but the night-time staff was very rude and they shut off the water and did not mention it to us before we booked a room that there wouldn't be any water.

Liked: Hotel itself was nice. Would've been nice before paying $300 for a hotel room to know that our water was going to be off the majority of the night before we even booked.
Disliked: The daytime staff is awesome; went to go get my keys from the valet later at night and the staff refused to give me my car keys saying that the valet had called off work and that there was nothing I could do to get my car keys, so after waiting 30 minutes and then lying to me about him not being there he finally showed up and unlocked the box to give me my keys. Also, like I mentioned in my last comment we had no water the whole evening and after going to a concert it would have been nice to know that we weren't going to have any water.

My fiance and I had a one night stay at the Hyatt and enjoyed the entirety of our stay. The room was beautiful, as was the view. It had a feel like no one had ever even stayed in the room. The only thing I could possibly even mention in a negative way was the breakfast wasn't quite as good as I had anticipated from reviews, but it was miles ahead of others.

Liked: One of the cleanest hotels I've ever set foot in.
Disliked: Not enough vegetarian options for breakfast. Where were the potatoes?

Liked: Great location for walking to sites. Excellent breakfast and the staff working the breakfast area were fantastic. The room was very nice, very clean. The checkin area gentleman worked the bar area gave us a complimentary coffee for free. Very nice guy.
Disliked: Staff or hotel policy made us sit with our bags till exactly the checkin time 4:00 or pay $35.00 to checkin early. Ridiculous!!Charged $3.00 for a bottle of water. Ridiculous

Liked: Location is ideal, parking and amenities were well laid out. The breakfast was above average and the room was nice.Coffee quality was great and staff very helpful.
Disliked: Parking expense was a little high and unexpected but I can see why it is a premium given the location.Baggage carts or bellhops could be more available.

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Location to Broadway and restaurants couldn't be better!
Disliked: It would be nice if Breakfast lasted until 11:00. There was no store or vending machines. I was under the impression that we would have one at the hotel. Night staff at the desk was not friendly when we asked how we could get food or water when we returned to the hotel at night.

We loved our stay here....

Disliked: It was under construction. Loud at times.
