Disliked: You double dipped me on 2 different credit cards. You charged the card that I used to reserve the room and you also billed the card gave you on the day of arrival

Liked: Love the location.
Disliked: Trash was left in the hallway for two days and dogs were left unattended in a room and constantly barked.

Liked: The location was great, hotels was beautiful, room was perfect. I had 2 issues 1. The pool had no rules. Children jumping in and out, the 2 days we visited Children was eating and swimming. Child vomiting so the pool had to be closed. In was bad, because we checked in on booking.com was charged before arrival ,that never happens. My daughter was charged 2 time and took 3 days to fall off. I was charged for the room 2 times one has posted second charge happened day after I arrived home one the 5th. As if someone charged my card again. Today is the 8th payment is still pending. I have spoken to everyone but booking .com do to thinking it would resolve it self and fall off. It hasn't fallen off and the stress of having this concern my whole 4days of allocated funds changed, I couldn't enjoy my trip. I spoke to Management Katie and I am awaiting to speak with her again. I have booking numbers, receipts and confirmation emails. This was my first trip of many I plan to take with hyatt hotels because I am a member. I am very concerned about these charges.
Disliked: I didn't like the financial issues I encounter while traveling to your hotel and after I arrived home. From such a beautiful place

This Hyatt Place is disappointing.

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Seemed a bit older than most Hyatt Place hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was not too receptive to basic requests. Breakfast was not as pleasant as other locations.
