Liked: Absolutely not clean. Breakfast was horrible old building All the chairs are ripped toilet and bathroom was middle of the room. It is absolutelyunder the rate. Lobby and Café area are at the same spot.Hayat Hotel will never ever go back to that hotel not even if it’sFree . Wear is disrespectful to their guest.

Disliked: It’s in need of some updating. The floors in the elevator are badly cracked, and the wall have seen some wear and tear. My room was fine, but the furniture shows some wear. Bar is very small. Staff was excellent! There are very few options for floor without a car or taxi. I did walk to the Hilton next door where they have a pretty good restaurant
