We were very pleased with our room. We had the king room with sofa. It was a spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. They served a nice breakfast every morning. The parking is great. Housekeeping staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and secure area with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas close by. You are in walking distance to some of them. The front desk customer service was very nice and knowledgeable of the area if you needed help finding something. Awesome! We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: When I called the front desk sometimes it took a long time for someone to answer. There was only one face towel per person and there are usually two per person. We had to ask for more towels.

Liked: Wonderful room.
Disliked: People in the room next to us played loud music and fought all night long.

Liked: I like the cleanliness. I love the breakfast attendants.
Disliked: Booking told me $246 I paid $321 and was told it's a deposit fee and I will get it back when I check out of hotel. Well now I have to wait 2 weeks. Not enough towels in the hotel. Front desk always seemed bothered to give you fresh towels.

Liked: The variety of breakfast choices were excellent. The food was tasty. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice.
Disliked: The family did not like the powder breakfast eggs. The room appeared clean upon arrival. After a closer look the curtains had black green substance. The bathroom wall paper was stapled along the wall. Room not cleaned upon request several days even though the managers wrote it done in their book to be cleaned. Management apologized and stated they were embarrassed. No other compensation was offered. I can not believe the hotel is an affiliate of Hyatt.

Overall it was good stay...

Liked: The amenities of the breakfast and check-out time of 12pm is appreciated. There is no parking fee but you do get a tag for your vehicle.
Disliked: Room lights by bed did not work. Called maintenance and came. Hotel was going under renovation and when asked what floor would we like, we chose a floor that was getting renovated and wasn’t told that prior too. Would liked to have known of the renovations upon check-in. Pool seems to be on the inside but it’s actually outside and you have to use a key which makes it seem it’s inside but it’s not.

Clean room, great staff, nice...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to contact the front desk at 10 pm on a Saturday night for a typical maintenance issue that could happen anywhere. The maintenance guy fixed it quickly. The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked, which was amazing since the hotel was booked that weekend. Staff was very friendly. Every housekeeping person I saw always said hello and wished me a good day. Room was very nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: They advertised that they had a bar, but it was no longer there due to licensing issues. Not a huge problem. But after traveling all day, a drink in a relaxing atmosphere would have been nice.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Somewhat quiet. Did hear kids running up and down hall but not too bad
Disliked: Lighting in my room, some were not working. Wish u guys had outlets for charging closer to the bed, but nothing I couldn't manage.
