Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was overpriced considering how far outside of downtown Cleveland the unit was. I had hoped to uber to my event and had to drive.The bathroom was shower only and small, featuring an oversized showerhead that sprayed water onto the floor if the door was opened while it ran.The card reader on the side entry closest to my room didn't work. Breakfast was grab and go and gone even though I went down to the service before it ended. When I asked if there was a replacement for the empty bottle of coffee creamer I was told no, only to find it replaced when I checked out.
