Disliked: Did receive the room I paid for until next day had to go to a double bedroom and almost lost that room after Showing up just in time was over booked and didn’t look like the pictures on internet!!

Good

Liked: Breakfast bar was nice and clean, with constant attendance by staff.
Disliked: Rooms need upgrades such as AC and telephone devices.

Disliked: breakfast was not that good and a small area so the line was long, room felt dirty and the towels seemed old and the mattress and pillows not comfortable

Disliked: I think the property from the outside needs to be a little more taken care of and kept more clean. There was a lot of cars or motorcycle loud noises like they were racing outside the parking lot, the noise ended like at 3: 00am in the morning. Also, the shower floor was not that clean.

Disliked: Our rooms were not ready when we went, even if we went at check in time at 3.00pm, we had to wait
