Disliked: The most uncomfortable bed I have encountered in a hotel.

Good, not great

Liked: The location was great. It was conveniently located near the university. Also, some of the staff were very kind and aimed to be as accommodating as possible. That included the general manager.
Disliked: There was a young man working at the front desk when I arrived. He said it was his first day. He was kind, but he was struggling to check us in. The young lady working with him wasn’t very helpful. Later, I tried to use the hairdryer in my room, but it was broken. I asked her if she could replace it. She told me that housekeeping would have to do it, but I would have to wait until morning. It was about 8:00pm. I had an important appointment in the morning, so I wanted to get my hair dry. I found it frustrating that she wasn’t able to find a different dryer in a vacant room, especially given the price I paid for the room. The young man searched for another dryer all over the hotel and wasn’t sure which key to use for each closet. I felt sorry for him because he was trying to help me, but didn’t know how. Later, he was able to get one from a vacant room and brought it to me. Yet, this was much later in the night. This young lady had a negative attitude with a few other guests.
