Liked: The beds were absolutely terrible and uncomfortable. The down comforter used under the top blanket was all bunched up and hard where the material had clumped together after being washed a ton.
Disliked: pillows, bed and down comforter

Great hotel next to convention...

Liked: The breakfast food was good quality (steel cut oatmeal, whole grain bread, freshly cut fruit.) But exactly the same stuff every day. We were there for 6 days. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned well daily. The location is excellent within walking distance of many restaurants, music venues, and funky places. The capitol bridge with the roosting bats is only 3 blocks away.
Disliked: Decided not to rent a car since overnight parking is exorbitant. Public transportation in Austin sucks. Busses were like unicorns, there is a light rail but I couldn't tell where it went and why. Had to Uber to anywhere further than 1.5 miles.
