Liked: the view was great and excellent location, just a short walk away from the main street but still quiet.
Disliked: For such an exceesive price it did not meet the standard, staff are not up to the standard, cleaniness as well, bed are everage and way to soft, maybe a bit old...the place is a bit old with lots of imperfections.

Liked: This location is perfect! It's so close to Duval Street and right around the corner from the marina which has amazing restaurants and bars! We loved to eat and watch the boats come in. It is also just across the street from amazing shopping. We walked everywhere! It was my first time in Key West and my husband's fourth. He has stayed at the Hyatt Centric in the past. This hotel and location will not disappoint!
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like. I loved our room with the balcony. We were able to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats come and go. It's just an absolutely beautiful location and hotel!
