Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they didn’t clean the rooms. I was told at check in that rooms were cleaned by request only. I requested twice to have our room cleaned and times I was told they were too busy and wouldn’t be able to get to it.

Liked: Check in was smooth and fast. The room was clean to my liking. The location is perfect lots of restaurants and shop near by.

Disliked: Not super clean, in fact, we had bugs in our room, not bedbugs, just other bugs. They are now charging for parking, and it didn’t tell us that anywhere before we came

Disliked: We stayed in a pet friendly room. there was a very strong urine odor. Using a carpet freshener would have help a lot.
