Liked: Location near the American Airlines Venue and that there were good restaurants near by to the northside of the hotel. Staff was very helpful in guiding us to different places.
Disliked: I couldn't find the ice machine on my floor but then discovered that the ice machine was on the first level.

Should by Hyatt hut instead...
