NO BALCONY FALSE ADVERTISING

Liked: Cleanliness, location, quiet, and staff. Walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and the pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: NO BALCONY it's advertised with a balcony! Truly disappointed because the stair rail is not a balcony! The only reason I reserved the hotel! False advertising! Absolutely NO BALCONY!

The exterior has rotting wood...

Disliked: Your website said the room included a patio. I called the hotel the week before to confirm I would have a patio. They said all of their rooms had patios. When in reality, none of the rooms have patios. I feel it was false advertising. I only booked it due to the patio. So I hope y’all realize that’s false advertising because they have no patios.

Disliked: The free breakfast is ok but could be improved to make for a perfect stay
