Liked: Room was beautiful. Bed was super comfy. Staff very friendly. Food at the bar was delish!

I expected more out of...
Liked: I asked about changing room reservations from a king to a queen double they did move the room request but the room I was placed in was unclean and nothing worked properly and nothing was done about it. It looked like a party room that had yet to be cleaned.
Disliked: I asked about changing my room reservation from a king to a double queen they were about to honor that. The room they placed me and my family in was not clean the floor had huge spot all over it as if someone had spilt chocolate milk numerous times everywhere in the room. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom the windows weren’t cleaned and the tv didn’t work and when requested to fix nothing could be done.

Disappointing Experience
Liked: Good location. Quick check in. Good TV and room arrangement. Food from room service was very good..
Disliked: Paid $22 per plate for breakfast buffet which ended at 11 AM, arrived at 10:30 AM. Each of us got one helping before the eggs and potatoes were gone when we returned. The waitress brought our check to the table 2 minutes after we arrived, making us feel like she wanted us to finish up as quickly as possible. She never returned to the table to refresh our coffee and there were no plates to clear since we all got just one serving. Although we were there for just one night room service knocked on our door at 9 AM, three hours before check out , when they knew we were leaving that day why would we need our room cleaned up at 9 AM? Scanned a QR code for room service and picked a bunch of items but had to call to complete our order and we were told we were ordering from an old menu , and to use a different QR code. New QR code menu included. No beverages so we had to call again. Constant drip from the shower onto metal drain Ing, a ringing sound. Finally placed a towel under the drip to silence the noise. Cord behind bed caked with dust.
