Generally my family had a good time but all the stress at check out was unnerving.

Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: The way the hotel charges were not explained upon check out. Malik, however was wonderful. Too bad all the employees are not like him.

Liked: Big room with sofa, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Clean room (which is the most important thing).
Disliked: Hotel was too expensive for what it offers. Rooms are big and nice but not luminous enough, it was difficult to choose clothes or use make up in the evening

Liked: Decorated our room beautifully as we are having a vow renewal. Location, pool and reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Price is a little high

Liked: Good location, clean & good value. Good size rooms, comfortable bed. I would definitely consider staying there again
Disliked: Only one nightstand next to bed. Dual nightstands are needed, one for each side, especially for couples.

Liked: The place was pretty much as described on the website. It’s not the Hyatt Regency but it is definitely clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There wasn’t much I didn’t like. It’s a nice, small hotel within walking distance to downtown and the waterfront.

Liked: Loved the location and the look of the hotel. It was really spacious. Check in and out was super fast. Loved the staff.
