Needs to do better

Liked: Reception staff, bar staff and concierge very polite and helpful. Position good.
Disliked: Our rooms were shabby, poorly appointed and in need of renovation. Also nobody came to make our rooms up during the two night stay which was disappointing to come back to after long days out sightseeing.

Exceptional

Liked: Both the breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant was amazing. Great design and great atmosphere! The lobby was perfect for relaxing a bit and hanging out. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleaned/turned down daily. I didn’t find the hotel to be noisy at all - we were on floor 6.

Perfect Music Row overnight! Friendly...

Liked: Very stylish and well done. Somehow hip AND cozy.
Disliked: A few of the finishes are aging. Rusty light fixtures and tarnished mirror.
