Liked: When I arrived they said they had no record of my reservation even though I had the email confirmation from Booking.com. they were fully booked. My kids and I had to sit in the parking lot and find another place to stay.
Disliked: The front desk person was not helpful at all

Liked: The only thing that would haven been satisfactory would have been the fact that we could smoke in our room. But dodging cockroaches prevented us from being able to be in the room to smoke. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
Disliked: The only thing I liked was the smoking room. The room was filthym stinky and glood and doom. They had cockroaches and our room was NEVER cleaned. Trash NEVER emptied. No one EVER answered the phone when calling the office. We were told we would recieve a refund for 2 of the 4 nights we paid to stay. However, that NEVER happened. The place was discusting and it children ran around the parking lot with hardly any supervision. VERY DISSATISFIED. WE WOULD PLEASE LIKE OUR REFUND.
