It sucked not being able...

Liked: What breakfast?
Disliked: There was no hot water in my room and I had to wait til the next morning to take a shower

Disappointed based on the online...

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Nightly traffic as people entering the stairwell throughout the night, slamming the door of the stairwell. Arguing between people throughout the night.
