Disappointing

Liked: Nothings.
Disliked: No drinking water provided, hot water only available 6am morning. We checked in 3pm, no water provided in the room, no restroom at common area. Location beside highway. Need to walk a lot to get a bus or train.

Liked: Not much. Only location.
Disliked: This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever been. Rooms are horrible, it’s like they are not cleaning them ever. We had even a mouse in our room that started running across the room. Then we asked them to change room, and they were not worried about mouse in room. Last morning staff were sleeping in reception.

Birthday Trip

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Being near Union Market was nice. Bidwell was a great place to eat at. I liked that my request for the first floor was met. The staff member was nice about our request to change rooms.
Disliked: The first room had hair on the bed and pillows, but the room change was granted. The water pressure was great one morning but not so great the second morning. We had to use Uber to and from Union Market because my husband was worried for my safety. It was a farther walk to the metro than I was planning on (15 to 20 minutes).

Good price, very basic.

Liked: Convenient location for accessing DC sights
Disliked: Very basic room. Noise from trains and upstairs unit. Would definitely request upstairs unit.

Disliked: Sometimes one of the staff can be a little bosy on arrival but later okay
