Clean but could not get...

Liked: The water was nice and hot in the shower. The wifi was reliable. The room and bathroom looked clean. The iron and board worked well.
Disliked: I stayed in suite 111. The bed on the side furthest from the bathroom is where I like to sleep. But the mattress was so used that the springs had nearly no "spring" left. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed. This caused me to wake up multiple times each night. Also, the light that illuminates the walkway just outside the rooms is too bright, even with the curtains drawn.

Disliked: The water in the bathtub didn't get hot. I waited until 2:00 in the morning and still wouldn't stay hot. It was probably just something simple with the hot water heater. It would start off for a few seconds and the water would be extremely hot and then it would just be warm
