Front desk was polite & helpful

Pros: Front door was poorly repaired & difficult to lock

Cons: Had medications taken from prescribtion pill bottle out of over night bag

Compared to the ALoft Hotel (which is where I stayed on the previous trip), I didn't see why they should be charging twice the price? And, their pool doesn't get any sunshine!

Pros: A good location for me. Nice pool even though the water was cold. Nice staff, front desk and cleaners.

Cons: The TV remote was near useless. The cleaners forgot to do my room after the first night. After day 4, there were dead cockroaches on the floor that the cleaners missed.

Closeness to airport is great. There is nothing close by in terms of amenities. The room was very tired and the sheets were now very off white. It was a place to sleep but you will not feel clean when you leave.

Pros: Close to airport

Cons: The room was very tired and nothing felt clean. Room was smoke free but when the fan in bathroom was on the place stunk of smoke. You'll need to shower when you leave here.
