All in all it was...

Liked: We were traveling for medical reasons. The staff was very accommodating. We needed to check in early and they made it happen.
Disliked: I need a softer bed and the beds were a little hard for me.

Liked: Everyone from front desk, housekeeping and Curate was friendly, helpful and professional. Room was very comfortable. Loved the bed!

Best to walk further to...

Liked: The location close to the hospital.
Disliked: The AC did not work and the hotel was generally old and not well maintained. We could only book one night so we moved to the Intercontinental. Wow! We should have booked here. Amazing hotel, great facilities, great location and less expensive!!

Disliked: They gave my king bed away, and I had to settle on two full-size beds Which put us in separate beds

Very convenient to Texas Methodist...

Liked: Location is awesome if you have appointments at Texas Methodist and surrounding offices.
Disliked: It is a nice hotel but it is high priced.
