Careful !!!!!

Liked: I liked the set up in the room.nice touches.
Disliked: The amount spent didn't reflect on the room details. The outlets were coming out of the wall in the bathroom, the mini fridge didn't work,no fans not even in the bathroom, so now way to get air going .we had to call multiple times for blankets and pillows as there weren't any for the pull out bed,the staff actually asked if we checked the closet,we told them we did and they gave us a hard time and attitude for asking for them. The restaurant was a nice touch but couldn't get simple food.the parking was expensive even after paying all that money to stay it should have been free after booking. Upon checking out, I'm glad I looked because we had a charge for a second car that wasn't ours.

Nice facilities, not a great...

Liked: Location was nice. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Staff was rude and was engaging. Nobody smiled ever. Toilet got backed up the first nite. There was no mention of the $28 incidental fee which was ridiculous.

Liked: Staff was great, wine/beer hour was nice. Coffee was great. WIFI was simple and worked well.
Disliked: Our first room was really smoke smelling. Staff quickly accommodated with a room move.

Liked: Location is good. Wifi worked. Nice that there was an umbrella, yoga mat, and bathrobe supplied.
Disliked: This is NOT a 4-star hotel. My room looked out onto the sidewalk, where passers-by could peer in. There were no drawers for clothes, only a closet. The lobby is small and depressing, not a 4-star lobby. Overnight parking was $70 (with tax).

Liked: We always stay at Kimpton hotels and appreciate the little touches. The coffee in the am was delicious. The valet workers were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The front desk staff lacked personality - we interacted with several. There were no personal touches or even eye contact. The room itself lacked storage space or shelves in the bathroom. The money paid and no room cleaning or fresh towels without chasing for them is absurd. A bit antiquated thinking having the entire hotel wine-themed with a wine happy hour - Kimpton has always prided itself on being leading edge, not in this instance. Pay attention to the next generation who is substance-free. Consider mocktails or something that isn't completely toxic to the brain.

Liked: Location was great, right where we needed to be. The room was spacious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a wine tasting in the afternoon that some people in our family liked and there was coffee and hot water in the lobby in the morning.
Disliked: Room didn't have a microwave. It was hard to control the room's temperature since the thermostat kept changing the set temperature. There was music in the elevator and it was quite loud. Every time the elevator stopped in our floor we could hear the music from inside the room. Eventually that was toned down. Breakfast had very few options available during the week. On weekends there was brunch which had more options but only started at 9am which was way too late.
