Very friendly.

Liked: Those at the front desk were exceptionally accommodating!That really made a very favorable impression. So was the manager at cocktail hour. By the was ,that was a nice treat.
Disliked: The shower door leaked water on the floor. And not just a little. Rm 701.

Would not go back there...

Liked: The location was great. There are a lot of good restaurants near by and Fillmore St.
Disliked: Understood that it was an old hotel redone, but it still felt old and did not meet my expectations at all. There was no hot water while we stayed there.
