Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The staff acted crazy and rude

Cheap motel, cheap acceptable services

Liked: The room is tiny but it is acceptable and understandable based on what the current competitive price I paid for. But the TV in the room was not working and the towels were not so clean sometimes. The staircases in the lobby was too steep and long to carry up the heavy luggage to check in or check out. The bed mattress I slept was hard and small.
Disliked: The mattress should be upgraded to the better quality and the towels should be cleaner.

Exceptional

Liked: Super nice little hotel! Everything was as advertised, and the subway and bus lines were less than 5 minutes away. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and a few budget options too.
Disliked: The street was loud some nights.

Liked: Location was good, hotel was clean and facilities worked.
Disliked: No tray for things in the shower, pigeon on the roof was very loud. Someone needs to go give it a prod.
