Close to the Fisher Theater and indoor mall - did not have to go out into the rain. Food was very good. We will be going back.

waste of money

Liked: the bartender was awesome but other than that nothing, it was gross and not kept up.
Disliked: it was dirty, stuff in our room was broken, it wasn’t up to code the staff had an attitude, there was no security or valet for parking (as advertised)

I will not stay at...

Liked: The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. We selected this facility because of its location close to a major hospital and funeral home.
Disliked: Upon arrival could not determine the official entrance into the hotel. The room was below standards. It was cold and would not get warm. There was a hole in the wall as you entered the room. There was a pounding noise all day and all night. The shower curtain was torn. There was only one wastebasket. I have never seen a hotel room floor like the one in the room other than in a hotel in Africa. The parking lot was not secure, there were no lights, very unsafe even though guest had to pay $20 per day. There were other deficiencies not mentioned here. Hotel owners need to invest some revenue into up grades of the facility. I will not stay at this facility again and will not recommend it to others in its current condition.

Only stayed 5 hours.

Liked: No bugs
Disliked: Full party going on in lobby and Was not helped for 15 mins. Why pay for parking when gate never closes. No safety there.

Nice hotel. I like how...

Liked: Dang I did not know there was breakfast!
Disliked: They have a parking lot and it does not say it’s twenty dollars to use it! They want you to go down the road to park and find a bus back! This is the worst thing I have ever seen! I am so glad I was able to tell about this. I paid it the last time and I wanted to tell someone about it. Every hotel I have ever stayed at has a parking lot for customers! They do not charge for it.

Comfortable and excellent location, but...

Liked: The location and price for on site parking
Disliked: The room did not look as pictured. This was misleading considering photos on listing. The cost was too high for an outdated room and no fridge.

The hotel was very nice...

Liked: the location was perfect because we were seeing a show at the Fisher theater. The room was clean with nice vintage decor.
Disliked: we stayed on the 3rd floor and were kept awake late into the night because they were playing loud music at the bar on the first floor until 2AM.
