Liked: Location good! Staff very friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The fact that they charged the amount on the credit card even though we paid cash in full. Still haven’t gotten the money back on my credit card.

Liked: Clean rooms. Staff were every good. Breakfast was awesome !!
Disliked: I wish they had microwave oven . But not many hotels have. Also TV is not useful like many other hotels. Netflix or some streaming service would be good to have !!

Excellent second visit to the...

Liked: Staff are unfailingly helpful- especially the cleaning staff who do an amazing job.Bar is good -and wine selection excellent.Bathroom products were great too.
Disliked: Wifi was a bit patchy and went down altogether at one point.Tiny issue with the bathplug in my room- it was broken.
