It was okay, but I...

Liked: I liked the location and the fact it was the location for my school reunion
Disliked: I disliked the fact that my family of 4 was forced to book two separate King suites to accommodate 4. The 650 sq ft rooms with a King bed are more than equipped to have 2 adults and 2 children. If it is a matter of beds, you need to make the couch a pullout. It is also off the Plaza. I paid $1900 for 2 suites for 2 nights. Should have been half that. In colder weather, you need to take a shuttle.

Liked: Front desk staff
Disliked: The rooms were not clean, valet staff inattentive. Hair & pet fur were in both rooms. (That is a pic of hair hanging from the TV!!) Upon my arrival Valet did not come to my vehicle to assist me with anything. He just watched me from inside the hotel.

Nice place, excellent friendly staff...

Liked: The lobby is gorgeous, as well as the outside of the building
Disliked: The rooms are honestly in a state of disrepair. Stains, crumbs, repainting needed, soap scum, dirty toilets…the fridge barely worked. They need to invest in giving the property a facelift, for sure.
