Liked: The property was closed! Chain link fences all around. We called to check why our GPS said it was closed permanently and the representative said were open and yes you have the correct address. Well look to see you! But when we came it was all but boarded up!! We called all Capitol Lake properties and they seemed unaware of this closure. Another hotel we managed to find a room in indicated the proper has been closed since last November!! I made the reservation last November! You have charged us! And of all things you asked us to fill out this response????WTF!!! We have used Booking.com for years but have never been conned. We are reporting this to the Attorney General if Washington. This was a scam!!!

Disappointing

Arrived to a closed hotel with boarded up doors. No communication from hotel to cancel our reservation, still no respons

Liked: Nothing as it was closed when we arrived
Disliked: The car park was closed and the hotel was boarded up when we arrived. No communication from the hotel and still no communication as to what happened, we had to go book another hotel.
