Great hotel; conveniently across the street from a grocery store; great staff; clean room; affordable; close to Chain Reaction.

Liked: The kitchen was almost fully stocked with cookwear and utensils. Room was clean. Staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating. There's a pool and designated smoking area despite the smoke free rooms/balconies. Free coffee bar.
Disliked: Our kitchen didn't have oven pans, oven mitts, or a measuring cup.

Disliked: Housekeepers came into my room once I left without me knowing until I came back to find all my stuff moved around and touched all my families belongings Meanwhile I have diamond rings & earring laying around, over 1000$ in cash laying out, Ver expensive purses (+5,000$) laying around. I had said No I don’t want my room cleaned many time to the front desk in prior days due to me having to call for towels & toiletries to never come. They touched my makeup & shower soaps & dirty clothes /cleans clothes, but didn’t clean anything but the toilet & changes sheets on my bed that had all my personal belongings which they grabbed all my belongings & put it to the side table, messed with my half roll of toilet paper with water to make a bow after telling the front desk multiple times I don’t want housekeepers in my room the makes me uncomfortable especially since they didn’t attend to us at all anytime we’d call for something.Front desk Melanie laughed at me while I addressed my concerns and my unhappiness. Never once did she ask how she could fix the problem just kept denying me. She got very verbal with me & kept telling me she couldn’t do that about anything I asked, she wouldn’t give me any contact info on Rick the Manger until I stood there for 30 minutes arguing about it.This should be labeled as a Motel rather a hotel very misleading & not clean at all.No parking whatsoever, the restaurant across the street caters food all day so they park in hotels parking making you unable to have any spots.Homeless people walking/looking around in your vehiclesRats inside and outside of the balcony’s all day long and they are hugeRat poop literally everywhere in the closets, under sinkWhen you call for anything they never bring it we went without toilet paper and had to use Kleenex.
