Disliked: The room was very outdated and very uncomfortable. Almost didn’t want to walk in the carpet or touch the furniture. The room was absolutely freezing and took most of the night to actually warm up.

Liked: That it had an elevator since we had to keep going down to the desk from the 6th floor
Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned. Staff didn't know where the ice machine was located. Charged me twice for my room and didn't offer a discounted stay or a discount on my stay and I had to wait 72 hours for my money back
