Very good

Liked: Location, helpful staff, excellent happy hour.
Disliked: In-room coffee would have been nice. Also, my room had very little space surrounding the bed - felt a little crammed. And lights for the bathroom were outside of the bathroom (tricky to remember in the middle of the night).

Liked: The rooms were great, and the location to everything was perfect.
Disliked: On the last night, we encountered a very rude front desk staff person. She was rude and snappy.

Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Loved the warm welcome and helpful staff. As a family of 5, the room was perfect and my children all had their own bed and a sofa area to relax in too. Free beers at 5 were a brilliant bonus! Great location for Pike Street, Harbour and Space Needle.
Disliked: No parking - $55 a night to park nearby.

Disliked: Missing Amenities mentioned in booking description, not corrected even after enquiring No bell staff for luggage/ luggage cart not managed. (Luggage cart taken by 1 guest all morning, had to do multiple trips to the room to get suitcases)
