Lobby had a cool vibe but rooms were underwhelming for the price tag. Super location with stellar views from rooftop bar. Front desk check in was very unfriendly.

Liked: Rooftop bar.
Disliked: Guest check in staff very unfriendly.

Very nice stay; room was better than expected; lobby and ground floor food and beverage was awesome. Staff was great beginning to end. Will come again.

We had a great time over New Years and the next day. We loved the New Years meal at Perennial Virant and the views from J Parker bar. We went to a concert at Park West so it was perfect. Lights at the Lincoln Park Zoo across the street were great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Liked: Location, Perennial Virant restaurant and room.
Disliked: Nothing.
