Okay for overnight stay

Liked: Clean rooms and washroom. The receptionist was accommodating and helpful with our needs. The kitchen staff were also helpful.
Disliked: They don’t serve choices of hot foods at breakfast, just cold meats, breads, fruits. We were placed in a room with a faulty air conditioning and were not informed about this even though out booking includes air conditioning as part of amenities. It was hard to sleep because the room was warm. The parking is underground in another building and the space was so narrow you have to be careful while driving. Not to mention the entrance and exit is also the same, so you’ll need to be extra careful when going inside or outside of the parking lot.

Liked: The location was great. It was close to almost everything one would want to do in the beautiful city of Montreal. The staff were quite friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like that the access cards would stop working each time and I would have to go back to the lobby to reactivate them. The lock on the doors should just be a single tap, it seems to be an older or at least very frustrating security system on the doors.

Disliked: It was very cold at night and the heater did not work.
