Overall my mom enjoyed our...

Liked: Antonio at the door was incredibly warm and helpful, he deserves a bonus. He walked my mother and I to our breakfast location.
Disliked: The feather pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on

Okay. Well-equipped room. Needs better...

Liked: Comfortable room and pleasant staff
Disliked: 1) Airless. No way to control temperature or air flow, making it hard to sleep, and leaving us both with stuffy headaches by morning. 2) Host kindly offered to bring us nondairy milk for our coffee, but didn’t follow through. We left as soon as we could in the morning to get coffee and fresh air.
