Very nice stay for a...

Liked: Very nice staff, very helpful, they added a fridge, a microwave and a pack and play for our baby. We stayed in a large room in the carriage house, on ground floor, very convenient as we are a family with very young kids. The location was perfect: short distance to Bodega Bay, Russian river, redwoods.

Great stay but bad internet

Liked: The room was nice and quiet. The woman with long blong hair at the front desk was amazing. She was very professional, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Internet was atrocious. They need to invest in better internet company. This is not a place to save money now adays. People expect stable and strong high bandwidth internet connections, especially at hotels.

Please change the deposit procedure...

Liked: Was not allowed to check in so nothing was likeable.
Disliked: I was not allowed to check in bevause I did not have a card with my name on it for the deposit & my bank was closed. There is NO reason they could not charge the card on the reservation!

Liked: Beautiful hotel with options of new modern rooms across the street from the historic building, or rooms in the historic building that have a nostalgic feel. While there is no breakfast included with the stay, the restaurant in the hotel serves amazing breakfast for purchase. I do recommend that you make a reservation for breakfast (if they accept them) as it is a popular local spot for breakfast.
