The hotel was great. The only complaint I have is the outdated hair dryer. It smelled like something burning, and my hair got tangled in the back side of it. I had to rip out a substantial chunk of my hair to get free.

Liked: We loved the vintage ambiance of the hotel.
Disliked: Outdated hairdryer.

The weather was cold, the hotel was cozy and beautiful. Loved the quietness of the room. The complimentary shuttle was a huge perk. This was a great choice and will stay here again.

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Jenny at the bar was so great, personable, smart, and efficient. Anna, who was also helping at the bar was wonderful. Holly at the front desk was very helpful and gave me a list with restaurant recommendations that I really liked.
